R.O.T.O.R is a low budget mashup of Terminator and Robocop where the robot is a cop (like Robocop), a merciless killing machine with no morals or ethics (like Terminator) who performs the duties of judge, jury and executioner (Judge Dredd) that was filmed by people acting in slow motion. Everything moves at such a leisurely pace, it was really quite relaxing. There was also a horse.
