Summary: In the sequel to 'Devasuram', Mangalassery Neelakantan's (Mohanlal) son Karthikeyan (Mohanlal), who is now a rich businessman, continues the family rivalry with the Mundakkal family. Mundakkal Shekaran acquires a local bank which holds the mortgage on the Mangalassery ancestral home & forecloses on it, pushing out Neelakantan & Warrier (Innocent) onto the streets.
