Summary: Charlie is walking in the park. A girl leaves a seaman on one bench and joins Charlie on another. The seaman wakes up. He and Charlie stage a brick fight. Policemen get hit and arrest both men. During an ensuing fight on the dock the policemen, the seaman, Charlie and the girl wind up in the water. (imdb)

I loved how 1/3 of the shots in this movie had the characters heads cut off. Charlie Chaplin probably did this all in one shot then looked back at how a lot of the times his and the other characters heads where off screen and probably said "eh fuck it, lets roll with it"

This is another of the early Chaplin shorts that features poor framing, so that heads are cut off throughout the film. The plot is nonsensical, really just Charlie fighting with lots of people over a woman.
