not bad for a syfy channel movie... weak script and bad CGI but watchable enough

I liked the environment, a Russian-ish setup with fur caps and all. Although the acting was decent, I did not get anything out of the story. It's got a lot from Star Wars and Battlestar Galactica and the beginning was more or less okay, but the end sunk to oblivion. There was one genuinely hilarious moment when they remove female partner's shirt and what was a consequence of it.

actually it's a fairly decent sci-fi romp, far superior to most of the stuff that's been coming out of the syfy channel in recent memory. it may have a relatively weak script, but comparatively you could even call it great. the special effects are lacking by far, in spite of that this is one more reason not to autohate a syfy channel movie.

Although I was enjoying this in the beginning it got progressively weaker the longer it continued.
