The only joke I even kinda liked was one of the "interpol" agents, being foreign, gets some english expressions wrong; he uses a rocket launcher to blow up a car, and says triumphantly "Bullshit!" (instead of bullseye; get it? he's foreign!) Basically desecrates the "Return of the Living Dead" name; more so than the last movie, anyway.

Maybe I was just in a good mood, but it wasn't thát bad. The zombies look decent, plenty of topless girls to be found and the gore was well done. Seeing raver kids get torn to shreds is its own reward.

honestly, it's overly criticized, it's not as amazingly bad as people make it out to be. to any zombie-phile as myself it's bound to at least partially fulfil one's thirst for zombie action. it does, however suffer from severe plot problems, it's really incoherent, and many other problems. i'm not saying it's good though, it's just not THAAAT bad.
