In the future, a Hong Kong robotics genius transfers his mind into a powerful kung fu robot and goes on a hooker raping and killing spree for no apparent reason. The police retaliate by turning a cop recently killed on duty (and coincidentally a super hot chick) into a robot as well to fight him. This ridiculous wire fu/exploitation flick is basically a female RoboCop ripoff with copious frontal nudity and sadistic violence. It's a crappy flick, but man what a blast.

Very amusing B-movie with better than usual effects and rolling action, lots of twists and Terminator with Russ Meyerish opponets. Lots of nudity, some supporting the story, some not. Anybody point out hi-tec 1991 computers?
