A movie about a stupid pervert. Nothing special at all. The penis scene is hardcore.

It's so hard to recommend this movie because the audience who will see past its subject matter to realize its value is incredibly small. It's not a horror film, but instead a particularly sad, disgusting character study that neither shies away from nor revels in the details of cannibalism, losing points only because of the less effective framing story that borders on trite.

Ambitious -- and admirably steering well clear of outright exploitation terrain -- but almost fatally flawed in execution. Framing the entire story with Keri Russell's character adds absolutely nothing and completely undermines its own subtextual aims. With a more sensible script and a less arrogant insistence on padding this out to feature length, this could've been an unnervingly poignant little film.

Przez pierwsza godzine niesamowicie przecietny film. Nudny, zle zagrany i glupi (troche przesadzam, ale...). Ratuje go nieco koncowa czesc (20 minut). Calosc jest moze i ambitna, ale rezyserowi zabraklo doswiadczenia i umiejetnosci by przelac swoja wizje na ekran. Nie polecam i nie odradzam.
