The action is alright, but the details are all wrong. The acting is poor and the tactics are all just how to make it look cool. Over all it is a senseless film but not bad for just the action.

No, SWAT: Firefight isn't actually a good film but Gabriel Macht manages to prove he is capable of emotion (after the disastrous movie The Spirit). He manages to make the film barely passable but it never overcomes it's glaring flaws. Relationships go from intense hatred to man-bro jock respect and the SWAT team training never gives you a sense that anyone is actually getting better.
