Summary: Greedy housewife Shyamala (Urvashi), at war with her elder brother Sekharan (Nedumudi Venu), the Collector living next door, for not recognizing her family, dreams of marrying her son Aakash (Kunchako Boban) off to a rich NRI girl. A freak incident causes Shyamala to be famous, which further leads to her contesting the elections & becoming a minister.
