One of the biggest clunkers in the entire Disney animated canon. It's pretty boring, and doesn't have much going for it except Donald Duck being Donald Duck.

The only really enjoyable aspect for me regarding Saludos Amigos is the historical context - the WWII-era obsession with Latin and South America and how for a good portion of the '40s Disney cranked out compilation films instead of full feature-length films. As a film though, I found it quite boring - Donald's inclusion is the only thing that saves it.

More fun for adults who know their history, although Donald's installment made me laugh and the 3rd/4th cartoons were brilliant. But it didn't improve my life any.
