I've lost count of how many times I've watched this movie - in whole, and in bits and pieces, and it never gets boring. Sathyan Anthikad, Sreenivasan & Mohanlal, the team responsible for many of the comedy classics I hold dear to my heart, picks up a simple, but unique theme of a house owner in trouble and his tenants who are unwilling to leave, and turns it into a gem. This is perhaps the finest hour of Sreenivasan, who is 24-carat gold as the love-smitten police inspector 'Rajendran'.
