One of the most ridiculous premises for a movie ever. This movie should not be watched in any other form besides MST3K.

I'm really surprised to not see Ed Wood's name not attached to this garbage. I wish I would have seen the MST3K version because at least I would have had a laugh. This really is one of the worst movies every made. From horrible costumes, bad set and even worse acting, I would have liked to have been a fly on the wall when they were showing this movie to the studio exec that green lighted this. This is even a bad movie for children.

Truly a terrible film in every single sense of the word. Only the MST3K of it can actually make the film endurable because it is just THAT terrible.

Easily one of the best movies ever to be riffed on MST3K. Even without Joel and the bots, its just silly and kind of fun. Is it a good movie? No, not by a long shot. But it is ridiculous and watchable; I'd recommend it to anyone who is a fan of old B-movies.

This is one of those movies that need to be watched if you like low budget camp classics. The script is bad and the budget is beyond low. This would fall under the category of being so bad it is entertaining.

Seeing SANTA CLAUS CONQUERS THE MARTIANS on the big screen is a rare treat indeed; this level of ineptitude really does gain from the added depth and detail. Chintzy sets and costumes, immensely laughable special effects, painful comic relief, a Martian oracle on the verge of a nervous breakdown, a creepy, drunk Santa Claus, and an appearance by future bad-movie starlet Pia Zadora all add up to a uniquely awful movie experience. To be fair, Vincent Beck embraces his campy villain role with glee.

The only thing that irked me about the film was Santa himself, he's the usually jolly persona but he has this air of superiority about him like he looks down on everyone because he is the all-mighty and all powerful Santa and he knows you revere him and he exploits it by laughing inappropriately and making slightly sinister remarks. After I noticed this aspect of his personality, I started to dislike him more and more until he started to frighten me a bit.

"Hooray for Santy Claus!" I hated this New York-shot holiday "classic" when I was dragged to see it at some late '60s kiddie matinee, and I don't like it much now either. Maybe the creepiest Christmas movie this side of _Silent Night, Deadly Night_, it's easy to laugh at but leaves you feeling pretty weird all the same.

Yep, it's THEE greatest and cheesiest film of them all! There's some extra scenes cut from the MST3K airing, and it's all gold baby! [Cinematic Titanic: I have to question the motives behind this. There's some great riffs, don't get me wrong, but most everything else sounded like Tier 2 material with some pauses where the best MST3k jokes fit in.]
