Not up the par with the rest of the series. This one drops the ball, possibly because it is trying to provide a 3D experience, but also the fact that *Spoiler* every victim fails to be saved makes the whole thing feel pretty formulaic.

While I applaud the filmmakers for sticking to the series to make consistent, coherent films on a yearly basis, I think it apparent that the franchise steadily lost its steam over the years. The traps and situations in this one weren't particularly creative, interesting or exciting. The "shocking" ending was predictable - in fact, fans have been speculating this outcome since "Saw II". As my friend Spleen said - we SAW that one coming.

The budget's lower than my weekly paycheck, the acting can't be better than your average middle school play, and the gore looks so hideous(ly fake) that it's hard to stomach. I turned it off after twenty minutes.

Of course there must always be someone to take Jigsaw's place. This film was like a Jigsaw. We'll just piece certain things together from the previous 6 films and hope we get something coherent.

I never held the original film in high regard, but they should have ended it there. Every single addition in the franchise has been abysmal, but this one breaks into lower ground. I didn't see this in 3D but I have a feeling it would have been worse. And the final twist with Dr. Gordon had to have been the laziest writing in the Jigsaw saga. I pity those who were stupid enough to pay to see this.

So the Final Chapter in the seven-part Saw series didn't exactly go out with a bang like it should have, but there's no denying this was a great way to end the series with all those lose ends tied up and unanswered questions finally answered (the biggest being what happened to Dr. Gordon). I didn't like many of the traps or the new characters, but I think they did the best they could with a series that was obviously near the end of its time anyway, so Saw fans will be pleased :)

This one just didn't do it for me. Absolutely the worst of the series. Although I enjoyed the series as a whole, it's a shame this last part isn't as well executed as the others. The gore isn't as realistic as in the other parts, and the traps are quite boring as well. If it wasn't for the plot, I would've hated this movie.

Iīve lost the focus for this series a looooong time ago. To be honest, I have no fucking clue who did what in the past the only thing i know is, that you canīt speak of a plot hole. You have to speak of a black hole with a small plot. Ridiculous story telling and poor acting in many ways. But there is one thing to mention. This new sequel is really gory and the traps are funny. So thereīs only one more thing to do: LET JIGSAW REST IN PEACE(S), PLEASE!

Long since lobotomized, the "SAW" series bows out on a nonsensical high. A few decent traps for the surgical horror crowd... and that's it. No amount of blood, gore and decapitations can make up for what has to be one of the worst, most rushed scripts ever committed to celluloid. Maybe this is - as jacobb1313 stated - actually Jigsaw's commentary: That we should all stop watching this crap and be thankful that not only are we alive, but that we're also blessed with not being cast in "SAW"?

So its not my favourite from the seven-part series, and I couldn't help but feel a little disappointed with some parts, but lets face it this was a kick-ass way to end a brilliant series. Once again there are more twists and turns right 'till the very end, some more satisfying than others. Fans will be happy to finally hear what happen to Dr. Gordon as well. 3D looked pretty good, but it probably wasn't essential to have. Overall it should please the diehard Saw fans like it has for me :)

Just because it's a Saw movie doesn't give it license to be shit. I'm amazed how abysmal the film's construction actually was, to the point where I was laughing in the theater ("Oh no! His boobs can't hold his weight! I didn't see THAT coming!"). But everyone else was wretching and thought I was a sadist. Perhaps that's Jigsaw's grand commentary.

The 3D works on decent level and the movie shows violence well but something very important is missing. The movie doesn't have much story to tell. If I would watch this at home without 3D, my score would be about 0-10.

This is the funniest Saw. Why does the dank junkyard crime scene become the main focus point for the police drama, when earlier in the film a big glass case in front of a store has someone sawed in half witnessed by a hundred plus people and then get completely forgotten? What? Huh ...
