Summary: Five men heist the Camp Pendleton payroll and kidnap a pilot and his daughter, who are forced to fly them to Mexico. Enroute a double cross has one of the thieves parachute with the loot into an abandoned graveyard surrounded by strange scarecrows. The rest of the team jump after their loot and their former partner. Everything happens during the course of one very dark night. (imdb)

Satisfying little horror movie which is all the more so because the cast and crew are all unknowns. Y'know, the frisson of discovery, and the fact that most B horrors that come from under a rock so completely suck. Sites like Criticker should exist just so we can spread the word about worthy films like this that nobody's ever heard of

great idea, and some fantastic plot items, but lacking in acting, dialog, and characterization.

Has a few cool moments that are creepy and gruesome, but overall it's pretty darn dumb. For some reason I've been on a weird kick where I keep watching cruddy horror flicks...I may give this one another chance sometime.
