I don't like Spielberg and most of his other films , but this one is simply brilliant - it's even darker than the WWII itself.

Tremendous. The only thing I didn't like was the Hollywood-ish moment at the end where Schindler breaks down and decries his own powerlessness. They shoulda just had him tell everyone that he was now a fugitive, and take off. It doesn't get any more heartfelt though than in the final scene, with all the survivors and their descendants coming up to the camera.

Good but slightly misses the mark from great because of its Spielberg trademarked emotional manipulation throughout the film. The characters are also all fairly transparent and were well established archetypes long before this came along.
