Gomez (Gopi), Sethuramaiyer (Mammootty), along with aide Chacko (Mukesh), travels to Kannur Jail to meet death row convict & serial killer Isow Alex (Kalabhavan Mani), where Alex had a confession - of the 7 murders he was convicted of, 5 in Irani & 2 in Nadamangalam, he was innocent of the first murder in Nadamangalam - that of businessman Manikunju (Ramachandran V.).
