Kind of drab giallo that lacks the visionary style of greats like Argento and relies on formulaic death scenes (why yes, this lady will be shown topless then promptly murdered, how surprising!). Even when the killer has to overcome constant police surveillance, it's pretty amazing how dumb the cops are and uncreative the killer (and writer) are.
