Summary: Marlo Manners is enjoying her honeymoon with Sir Michael Barrington, husband number 6. As luck would have it, an international conference is taking place in the same hotel and the Russian delegate (one of Marlo's former husbands) is threatening to derail the negotiations unless he can have one more fling with his ex. Adding to the complications is a tape Marlo has made detailing all of her affairs and scandals, which her manager is desperately trying (and failing) to destroy. (imdb)

SEXTETTE is as total a disaster as one could hope for; 84-year-old Mae West marries 31-year-old Timothy Dalton, and wacky hijinks prevent them from enjoying their honeymoon. West does not look much better than you'd expect (more plastic, too), and a strange cast (including Ringo, Keith Moon, and Alice Cooper--and that's just the rock stars) are one and all embarrassed. The direction is flat and the film looks and sounds like a cheap sitcom, but that's the least of its problems. Classic shit.

Creepy, cringeworthy and just plain awful. I loved it.

Amazingly stilted jokes that fall flat, endlessly. Creepy musical numbers. Makes for an uncomfortable outright weird viewing experience. Well worth avoiding. For the strong of heart and mind only. Terrible.
