Dreadful western, poorly acted, cheap, and boring.

Shadowheart is a wooden, cliche-ridden mess of a western that has no idea what it wants to say. Presumably a film about revenge or redemption, you won't be satisfied that either has been accomplished by the belabored conclusion. Angus MacFadyen chews scenery and William Sadler is nothing but a plot device to kickstart our tale of revenge. It's not atrociously bad until the last act, but it's a consistently dull way to spend two hours.
