Ignore the title, and the AKA title... neither of them seem to have any relevance whatsoever to the film I watched. It's a light-hearted, perfectly affable little comedy, but nothing more. It presents a nice, somewhat idealized view of small-town America, and suggests that money is not always the answer to your problems. However, the pacing felt way off to me (the effect on the town ramps up far too quickly towards the end), and the relationship between Simmons and Mitchum just isn't believable.
