Summary: A vicious cop (Edmond O'Brien) kills a drug runner and steals $25,000 from the corpse. He then frames everyone in sight in order to keep to the money to buy a model home for his tarty girl friend. Copying "Kiss of Death," he even flings a man down a flight of stairs. (imdb)
