It gave off a sort of "The Terminator" vibe.

A weird martial arts action horror about an axe murderer who becomes a nearly invincible killing machine after medical experimentation. Its tone is dark and somber throughout, and occasionally resembles that of a slasher, as Kirby hunts down his victims one by one. Also features several nice action scenes, and even some dark humor. It's a strange dichotomy, as Norris roundhouse kicks a murderous zombie. Strangely enough, it works; the film is certainly entertaining, if not good.

I remember this back in the day it's sorta action/horror( No don't expect a bunch of blood or anything)I just remember that it was sorta wierd 'cause Norris doesn't usually do these types of movies but it's fairly good to watch decent story & some truly funny moments especially with the deputy

Not The Worst Norris Movie

Singlehandedly killed any interest I might have had in watching any other Chuck Norris movies.

Chuck Norris in a slasher movie. What more needs to be said?

Brian Libby as the poor man's Arnold makes this movie worth your while.
