Every now and again a cult film comes along whose appeal alludes me - this is one such film. Pretentious and boring.

Huge symbolism here, let's not get into this. Nikolaidi's middle finger to everybody! And deniably his wife best art-work to date.

Tremendously overrated. Indie silliness where acting/plot is ditched in favor of overt, akward sexuality.

I'm not gonna lie: I have pretty much no idea what to make of this one, but it's reasonably enjoyable and offers some unique situations if nothing else.

The film carries it all off with such a knowing smile. Often the daughter will talk directly to the audience and her every line bristles with this unhinged madness, her lovely, silly, intentionally overdone performance emphasises the comedy of the thing, and as far as films go it is hilarious. The whole film is just this deliriously deranged experience and that I often didn't know quite how to react is part of why I found it such tremendous fun. I loved it far more than most people would.
