Summary: When there is a drought on an Indian reservation, everyone is in desperate need of water so that they can quench their thirst, their crops can grow, the animals will provide them food, etc. But rather than having to wait for the rain to come the old-fashioned way, a weather pill pertaining to that is used to bring instant showers.
