Mark Hamill was in this? If so, he must have donned a cunning disguise. Terrible low-budget trash that takes itself far too seriously. There's not even the usual mocking fun to be had from sci-fi B-movies because it's just needlessly dull throughout.

Boring as hell throughout, though a barely recognizable Mark Hamill seems to be having the time of his life.

The premise sounds like a cross between Mad Max and Blade Runner, but it's solid b-movie material. Bill Paxton and Mark Hamill are decent in their roles, but it takes a while for the film to get going, and once it does it never really reaches a satisfying conclusion. Skip this one and watch Cherry 2000 instead (never thought I would give that advice).

Everything is green. Really awful film quality. Most of the scenes aren't necessary. Just don't watch it.
