An undeniably stupid, corny, simple-minded film about a redneck eluding a dull-witted sheriff with his superior driving, a la "Dukes of Hazard". But you know what? It revels in this stupidity and never makes any pretenses about feelings or knowledge, which would have made for melodramatic drivel. It's "watchable"; the humor, racing scenes, and fast pace are just enough to keep my attention long enough to get through 90 minutes without annoyance or boredom.
