Much better than I expected, and I REALLY didn't expect much, hence the okay rating. I'm a fan of the PP series, so quite a degree of goofiness comes with the territory.

Beningi is the spawn of The Author of All Lies himself, whose humor equates to something like: kicking the back of your shoe in the DMV waiting line of life, laughing at you, and then just before you clock him in the face for such a lack of humanistic empathy, says, "You forgot you were in line at the DMV! Laugh with me!" And then you're reminded just how shitty your life is, but you can't hit him because that would lower you to his level.
