Starts out quite amusing, but its silly and random nature becomes more and more plodding and predictable the further it goes along. By the end, it has actually become irritating and disengaging. You can't force quirkiness, and I feel like they tried to for the last few minutes of the short. It's average, nothing more.
Terry Gilliam is a master of comic timing and stream-of-consciousness. Though he's made live-action masterpieces like The Fisher King, watching this almost makes me wish he had stuck with animation and developed his unique cutout style and word-association pacing into something that would amount to more than just Monty Python interludes.
