Lon does his usual overwrought conflicted thing, but I must say that I really enjoy watching J. Carroll Naish in most any part he plays. Here he's a sleazy owner of a pharmaceuticals firm, always rushing drugs onto the market before they've been properly tested -- so that part of the story is still relevant today.
