Summary: 60s pop-action meets 70s exploitation in the third of five Stray Cat Rock films. Frustrated in their sexual advances towards members of girl-gang the Alley Cats, the Eagles, led by the vicious Baron, blame mixed-race Japanese (thanks to racism and to the childhood fate of Baron's sister) and try to drive all of the "half-breeds" out of town. This means trouble for the mixed-race Kazuma (new to town and looking for his long-lost sister) -- especially when Alley Cat leader Mako falls for him.
