Summary: 60s pop-action meets 70s exploitation in the third of five Stray Cat Rock films. Frustrated in their sexual advances towards members of girl-gang the Alley Cats, the Eagles, led by the vicious Baron, blame mixed-race Japanese (thanks to racism and to the childhood fate of Baron's sister) and try to drive all of the "half-breeds" out of town. This means trouble for the mixed-race Kazuma (new to town and looking for his long-lost sister) -- especially when Alley Cat leader Mako falls for him.

Meiko Kaji is the leader of an all girl gang, and they're trying to protect her half Japanese boyfriend from some racist gangsters or something. Frankly, I had a hard time keeping track of the story as the pacing seems all over the place. There's plenty of action, sleaze and groovy tunes, but not enough of Kaji's iconic presence for my liking.
