One of the most pathetic excuses for a "film" or even an OVA in cinematic history. I usually don't link to longer reviews, but in this case, here is something possibly worthwhile I wrote on an anime site a year ago. [Full Review]

No way near as good as the awesome Street Fighter II. This fills like a shoddy after thought to cash in on the release of the new game. The animation is sub-standard and some of the worst I have ever seen.Every thing just looks flat and bored. The plot is sloppy and there is no great action pieces. All in all this is a very poor addition to the Street Fighter series
