Good god, what a mess....literally!

Yeah, penis scene was really horrible!

Top badass moment? Has to be the doorman in the last scene. Having a serious amount of attitude when you're tied up and facing the local Godfather takes some guts. An all around cool dude. 1 cat and 1 decapitation. The cat has a scene-dominating role and a brief speaking part too. The look of total disinterest displayed in regards to what's going on is cat-acting at its best! The decapitation is also a top quality effort, one of the best I've ever seen. The film's worth watching for this alone.

Weird ass movie with some hilarious moments. Very creative (especially the meltings).

oh ya this was comedy, if you have a sick mind that is. The people melting was awesome, heads being blown off and tons of other gore make it extremly watachable and entertaining. A few boobs much like you'd expect from such a trashy movie, and they dont get much trashier than this. I had to watch it because it is said to have inspired hobo with a shotgun which was also amazing and i regret putting it off for so long because it is truly a hidden gem for lovers of 80s gore movies!

Technically, this gory splatter film is great, from the cinematography to the gore. As a film however, its both meandering and hollow; the only moments that seem to have a personality to them are the melting sequences and even then after the fifth or so people melts it loses its effect. Its a shame because there are some charismatic people in this - the doorman and the mob boss who continually bicker between themselves, and Jane Arakawa as Wendy - but the film doesn't deserve its acclaim.

If you want a rude, crude, tasteless movie about rude, crude, tasteless people -- this one's for you. As black a black comedy as you're ever gonna find, this is filled with virtuoso camerawork, good characters, hilarious dialogue, and lots of ultra gore. Ever see a bunch of guys play "keep away" with a severed penis? You'll see all that and more. And be sure to hang around for the riotous end credits theme.

Extremely gory and disgusting to the point of being no doubt over the top, but one must have some respect still for the film.

There are moments of funny, outrageous humour (see: keep away dick scene), but on the whole, it's a meandering mess that is incredibly dull.

Entertaining, completely without artistic merit. Just good, trashy fun.

Ha ha ha, this is such an offensive film! It's so stupid, too! But it's so outrageous, I can see why it's one of your favorites.

A gorehound's delight. Not much to speak of in the way of a plot, but it's a fun movie that doesn't take itself seriously (how could it?). Keep away from the Tenafly Viper!

A great example of how low-budget exploitation films can do interesting things you've never seen before. I really enjoyed some of the characters in this, and the humor was a lot funnier than I expected it to be. Yes, some of it falls flat. Overall this was very original and surprisingly well-made, special effects aside.
