One of the better recent spoof films to come out lately, but it still doesn't measure up to the great spoof films like the 'Scary Movie' series. The storyline is pretty much 90% Spider-Man so why not call it 'Spider-Man Movie'. Drake Bell is a fairly good lead, but Leslie Nielsen tends to give the most laughs. Kevin Hart is also pretty funny (both Nielsen and Hart are from the 'Scary Movie' series). Overall fans of spoof films will get their kicks out of it as it is quite funny and worth a look.

Better than any of the shit Friedberg and Seltzer churned out, but still far from an actual "comedy". It's always good to see Leslie Nielsen and I do have a bit of a soft spot for Drake Bell but that's really all the positives.

The movie itself contains, said by one character, the critic to all this awful 'saga': "I swear, they are every year stupid and stupid." Period. I think the only sequence that work was when Leslie Nielsen tries to proof the hero powers, but that must be like 1 minute of this shit.
