Downfall
"Amazing and surprisingly moving film (considering the context) the film seemed to drag at times (possibly because of the subtitles) but every time Ganz appeared on screen, you were hooked, eagerly awaiting what was about to happen, His interpretation outstanding & disturbing. Hitler is portrayed as mad, foolish and short-tempered, but also (at times) kind, friendly and vulnerable; this must have been the truth of the man. The ‘where are they now’ ending was quite moving." - 88
