Summary: When a celebrity writer, Palazhi Shivashankara Pillai (Nedumudi Venu), lies on his death bed, a horde of reporters swoop down on his ancestral home, including struggling reporter & Palazhi's protégé Unni Madhavan (Dileep), to get first dibs on the news of his death. However, Palazhi stays ill, but alive, frustrating the reporters whose wait starts extending into days.
