Summary: Tarzan must escort his prisoner Coy Banton out of the jungle to the authorities. The boat is blown up by Coy's father and brothers. In addition to Coy Tarzan must now lead five more of the boat's passengers through the jungle, pursued by hostile natives. (imdb)

it would seem that into the 50's and later the tarzan series had new life breathed into it's rotting corpse, this one shows that as well as the one immediately preceding it. scott was an excellent choice as the title role and sy weintraub's decision to give the ape man a brain pays off infinitely well.
