True to the book, and wonderfully weird.

A story of a man so used to accepting what comes his way and willing to conform, that he takes this approach in an unexpectedly developing relationship. In many ways it's similar to last year's 'Bothersome Man' - they are both grotesque stories of leading mechanical, passive lives. However, 'kvinnen' makes a greater impression by forcing us to laugh in situations we should find most troubling, being at the same time hilarious and depressing. The effect is somewhat spoiled by the ending, though.

Norwegian quirky romantic comedy. It has a nice pace all through the movie, and the quirky humor stays fresh.

Such a great movie about the demeanor of women, so true even though they never will admit to it.. Really funny, sometimes sad, and always smart. Such a great feel good movie..
