i think I'm being generous with this score. Very easy to pick out the "homages" to other films and the acting for the most part was pretty bad. But for the shoestring budget that was used, there was a little bit of an effort made to make this film. Was this enjoyable? No. It is quite a waste of time, but I've seen much worse garbage than this.

OK, I'm pretty sure that that made no sense whatsoever. Meeker basically sleepwalks his way through the whole thing (ironic, considering the plotline). For the most part it was like watching some lame improv group do an After the Bomb Falls skit. And btw Jack's gunshot wound healed awful quick.

Probably Rebane's best film from a craft standpoint. Having Buck Flower on board doesn't hurt.

Nobody asked him to, but the director of the infamous _Giant Spider Invasion_ returns with yet another Wisconsin-lensed stinker. Although you do get to see a scenery-munching Meeker dissolve into a puddle of glop, that's still not reason enough to watch.

A mashup of a lot of other (better) films The Alpha Incident completely fails to impress on any level. One positive note was the dimwitted hillbilly character Hank, he was fun for awhile. Skip this bore.
