Mercyfully short schlock classic starring a big dude in a jesus speedo. It's the sort of thing that's okay to have on in the background while you're squeezing the blood out of your sheets or whatever it is you weird fuckers do.

Another dim memory from my childhood.

Gordon's low-budget reversal of Jack Arnold's _The Incredible Shrinking Man_ is, in its own way, just as good and certainly a lot funnier. Langan is first-rate. Most of the special FX are awful and it's too talky for its own good, yet despite this it still works. Once seen, the giant syringe impalement is a hard image to shake.

God, how he feels sorry for himself! A must.
