I loved the slimy Clint. Refreshing, to say the least. Also shows just how cruel women really are. Great direction and editing as well.

Clint Eastwood enters a girl's boarding school - sexual awakenings occur - I was not expecting this to prove out. There's a moment of editing that blows my mind. I don't want to ruin it, but it involves Eastwood walking up the stairs and a dissolve into him entering a room. Strangely fascinating material.

Editing and writing definitely make this film worth it and shows that Siegel was more than just an action director who needed to rely on Eastwood (well...) A great look at the sexual revolution; double-standards abound and gender roles are all over the place and dissected. Unfortunately, this also attracts a different type of audience, mostly from the woman hating crowd. It's not a film that either demonizes or empowers women "Also shows just how cruel women really are" Give me a fucking break.

A curious film; this isn't the only '70s pic in which Eastwood uses the threat of rape (or actual rape) to get what he wants, but in this and High Plains Drifter, that's sort of the point, as Eastwood totters between antihero and villain of his own movies. Moody, claustrophobic and surreal, this is among the most overlooked horror films of the '70s.

his is not the usual type of film starring Clint Eastwood. Eastwood is good in his role and the rest of the cast is mostly female and they do an excellent job. The ending is well done and it goes well with the rest of the story.

Too ridiculous and slight and simplistic to have any emotional impact, though I did like how everyone in this film is utterly irredeemable and unlikeable. Editing is the only highlight I found, but even that didn't floor me.

Some may see this film as sexist, but I think it's more about the darkness in those that are supposedly innocent. It's pretty good, as far as I'm concerned.

Strange and more than a little sexist tale from the Siegel/Eastwood team. Soaked in sexual tension with every character at least somewhat depraved, this one speaks to my sensibilities, but, I imagine, to those of few else.
