It is a heck of a lot more interesting to watch Ace Ventura track down a missing dolphin than see Antonio Banderas look for a missing stripper. 99% of the dialog is simply awful, and Banderas is an utter bore here. Also there is a serious miscasting: Fichtner should have played the lead and Banderas should have taken a minor role as the rude cop. Lousy writing would still drag the film down but at least Fichtner would be able to keep the viewer engaged.

A Russian guy found from Facebook a love of his life. He sought her out and she happened to be a 37 yrs old guy working in a bakery. It did not matter. He's in love. Well, that was just a big bang Russian hit song made in 2011 by Uma2rman ("Olya iz seti").

"A low-rent neo-noir propped up by descriptions of, rather than depictions of, sexual kink and an odd interest in quantum physics." - Andrew Schenker

a bizarre combination between noir and surrealist sci-fi, never quite picks a genre and too much of it seems like babblings of a pseudo intellectual moron. just a couple parts of it hit the right note, but too much is just eye rolling-ly bad.
