As with all stupid comedies whether you like it or not depends solely on if you appreciate the humor. If you like the comedy of Will Forte (SNL) or Bob Odenkirk (Mr. Show with Bob and Dave) I think you will really appreciate it. I know it's not for everyone, but I thought more people would be appreciated more. You probably know if you'd think it's funny or not so you make the call.

Charming and worth watching just for the antics Will Arnett and Will Forte. Not exactly laugh-out-loud, more like awkward comedy.

Some utterly hilarious moments, if memory serves, but nothing too special other than that. Edit: watched it a second time, the above still stands, but it is so aggressively OTT that I have to give it a little more respect.

I'm probably with a lot of people who thought that this movie was going to stink and realized, that it was better than I thought. Still it wasn't that good. When the jokes were funny, they were brilliant, but when they were bad, they were horrible. The acting was pretty bad as well. Chi McBride really stole the show as he was so hilarious. Kind of an original story, but that doesn't really. This movie tries to be sweet and tries to have charm but with the language, it has neither.

Mr. Show humor with Arnett and Forte is perfect. My favorite goofy comedy. It's a dumb comedy that doesn't try to be anything else. Why do people expect more?

The idea for this movie is a very lame premise. This movie has a few funny moments. Will Arnett is a funny guy but the writing is weak here.

Possibly the dumbest movie I've ever seen in my entire life. Yet, few movies have achieved such an immediate, strong reception of "Are you fucking serious?", that I felt compelled to allow the race to go on. If you do plan on watching this, do it alone - There is just no way you could possibly watch this with others and not feel pressured to end the foolishness. It is mental suicide. There were scenes that made me explode with a rare combination of hilarity/anger/despair.

I actually enjoyed Lets Go To Prison more than I'd care to admit, and after a negative first viewing with this film, I gave it another chance and found it much funnier than I remembered. Arnett and Forte are pretty hilarious together, as is Chi McBride. Forte's script has strong moments, but it's uneven. And when it's bad, it's BAD. Considering we're in the middle of a slew of "get pregnant" movies, this is a bit of an abortion at times. But it has just enough big laughs to get by.

Its a normal stupid movie. The comedy was not liked by my date one bit. I was reminded by her countless times that this was a horrible movie and was not funny. I on the other hand did find myself laughing. The whole idea of their father living in a coma in their apartment with all the machines is funny. The scene with the plane at the end is pretty good too. Besides that there were a couple funny spots, but Corky Romano it wasn't.

Though it provides steady laughs throughout, the laughs are weak, and the film is just plain weird from beginning to end. Also, Kristen Wiig, who was arguably the funniest part of Knocked Up, sadly disappoints here.

Stupid? Yes. Silly? Yes. Enjoyable? I'd have to admit that I found myself laughing at some of the random moments of The Brothers Solomon. The cast is a veritable B-list (perhaps even C-list) of comedy actors with starring roles going to Will Arnett, Will Forte, Kristen Wiig, Chi McBride, and appearances by Bill Hader, Jenna Fisher, Bob Odenkirk, and Sam Lloyd from Scrubs. I went into this film expecting the worst, but the film's strange sense of humor caught me by surprise.

A sharp script and the winningly awkward interplay between Forte and Arnett combine to create an strange, cult, spiritual successor to Dumb & Dumber. I've hated Odenkirk's directorial efforts up to this point, but this is almost good enough to look past crap like Let's Go to Prison.

It had a few intermittent laughs but really, the formulaic wacky just makes it stupid. It's about on par with Let's Go To Prison, another film directed by Bob Odenkirk and starring Will Arnett, in that you think it could be silly fun but just turns out really dull. It's very weak.
