Summary: A cat hates people to the extent that he goes to the moon, where he finds Alice in Wonderland to be a realistic portrayal of 19th century England, comparatively speaking. (imdb)
The scenes at the beginning of the cat being abused and beaten up, in the most generic of ways, through no fault of his own, is not only boring and unfunny, but irritating for a cat lover like myself. The scenes of him getting rough-housed on the moon are a little more creative, but have just as little context behind them. The end with him getting stepped on is also quite annoying. Overall, a bad cartoon. And what the hell was Tex Avery's obsession with feline abuse, anyways?
