What am I trying to prove here? Nobody's seen this film. It's not some canon thing where I have to be really careful about my opinions here. I rated this 71 initially, then saw it again and changed it to 88, and for the life of me, I don't even know why. This is what every movie should be. It's perfect.

While there is a great deal of laughter among the quartet, there's scarcely a giggle in it for the audience.

Far more satisfying of a behind-the-scenes look at the life of a comedian than something like I Am Comic, or Comedian, if only because you get to watch these people live their life on the road, instead of just checking in in spots. It's really very funny throughout, and watching Zach Galifianakis develop characters is endlessly fascinating to me. As a fledgling/amateur stand-up myself, watching this movie simply reaffirmed what I already knew: this is everything I want from life. Loved it.

As a massive comedy nerd, and someone who likes all four stand-ups involved in this documentary, it was great to see them "behind the scenes" even if it did feel a little light. My only criticism is it felt like Bamford disappears towards the end.

I'm a huge comedy nerd and I loved watching some of my favourite comedians feel comfortable enough to discuss their actual feelings. Often, in interviews or documentaries, comedians are expected to be hilarious at all times when it's pretty well known that most are on serious anti-depressants. Seeing that facade dropped is reason enough to watch this documentary but you also get hilarity in the form of short sketches, live performances and general fooling around. Yay!

3 of my favorite stand ups in one movie, hell yes. Zach Galifianakis elevates this to a great film for me, he is so funny. The part when he's in the diner and they start talking about When Harry Met Sally is gold.

Funny, but not as funny as it could have been. The behind-the-scenes material was of mixed quality as well. Too much of it was just Patton and Brian geeking out on stuff.

Really nice to get an insight into some of the guys I absolutely admire now (particularly Patton). Some of the standup bits were flatter than I thought they'd be, but I really really liked seeing the real life side (Posehn's Simpsons figures, etc). Cool look behind the scenes that anyone should be able to appreciate.
