The first of four Disney comic fantasies for Russell; basically a retooling of the Merlin Jones films (_The Misadventures of Merlin Jones_, _The Monkey's Uncle_) for the flower generation. Pretty routine comedy.

anything pre '75 with russell is better left an embarrassing bygone in history rather than a practiced form of torture. everything about this movie screams cookie cutter and it's a widely known concept that live action disney movies--for the most part--should be avoided.

It's a very young Kurt Russell in a very cheesy family comedy. It's very much along the lines of the Absent-Minded Professor. If you like old Disney movies, then pick this up... if you can find it.
