Summary: Charlie plays a tailor's assistant who can't seem to get anything right at his job. Eventually, the tailor fires Charlie and kicks him out of the shop. But when Charlie later discovers the tailor pretending to be a rich man to win the heart of a woman, Charlie jumps in and wreaks havoc.

Charlie has some fun gags here, first at the tailor's shop as he tries to measure a woman, and then later at the manor house where causes great trouble for his former employer. At the center of it all is a wonderful dance sequence where Charlie shows off some deft moves, both with his feet and his hat.
