It's entertaining for a large part of its runtime, and Garai's scheming prostitute is interesting (if not fun) to watch for most of it. That said, the constant sudden emergence of Chris O'Dowd's penis makes this somewhat akin to watching a slasher film where the killer is a naked mole rat with an afro -- seriously, it's EVERYWHERE -- and the hyperfeminist ending is a little too much of a turnoff to have this be seen as a classic miniseries adaptation.

Too much focus on 'scenes with explicit nature' rather than on everything else. Although it has BBC filming style and it's good, especially dark London. But it's not enough (for me). And I haven't met any real broad-minded prostitute, who read as much as Sugar has.
