The highs and lows are just so drastic, I don't really know how to rate it. Biggest suprise: Erik Estrada was at one time a rather promising actor. The biggest letdown: worst soundtrack ever. The message was surprisingly grounded and came across as more a refresher course on common sense, but the character depth was all over the place (of course people are that way), which made a lot of it to hokey to believe (as it's based on a true story). It's messy, but it came across sincere enough.
