An interesting premise weakened by at times spotty acting and a neverending parade of characters that pop in, say something wacky or abstract, then leave again. While it's still interesting, it could have been amazing. Should have been, really. But it's too jumbled and at times random to be truly enjoyable.

Watched this one again after 3 years. And again it blew my mind. Minimal setting, crappy acting and yet it seems to capture the very essence of living in the modern world, asking the eternal questions and searching for the meaning of it all.

Really great concept, unfortunately it hinges on the protagonist being unwilling to affect his surroundings until about fifty minutes in. Still, it's uncompromising approach is refreshing at times, although it can be annoying at others.

Yeah yeah yeah, it's deep and intellectual and whatnot, but when it's this annoying you don't care. It's also too predictable for it to really be as smart as its makers evidently think it is. I kept praying that the protagonist would grow a brain, or at least gather the cojones to hit somebody

The only faults come from dated technology, but this is top-notch surrealism and a wickedly dark comedy from one of the most creative minds in the business. I would recommend this to anyone.

The existential crisis of a man trapped in a cube. Switches constantly between deeply thoughtful and intellectual to humourous and silly to dark and disturbing. Top class mindfuckery.
