Poor Wesley Snipes hasn't had a good film in ages, this really marks the point where he reaches Steven Segal territory. And I don't mean Under Siege. It's not even a mindless action film, it's a couple of action scenes with padding to bring this up to the feature length mark. With a larger budget perhaps it would have been able to make it just on style.

An average Wesley Snipes action film. Certainly not his best, but still hits all the usual marks to provide some mindless action entertainment.
